First Day Covers of Orchids and the Flora Filipina Expo

These First Day Covers (FDCs) which has the perforate and imperforate blocks of four stamps; feature the first issue on orchids. They were released on March 9, 1962.

The stamps/FDCs are included in an article " Art of Philately: A Collection of Noteworthy Philippine Flora in Stamps" which appears in the Philippine Horticultural Primer and Directory (page 45) which we got in the Flora Filipina Expo (February 7, 2007)
